BLUETRAX PRIVACY POLICY

INTRODUCTION

BLUETRAX  provides a platform that allows users to view the location of assets equipped with GPS tracking systems. By using this App, you agree to the terms of service stated in your contract for tracking services. You also agree with the terms of this privacy policy and that you agree to be responsible for all the data collected from your devices.

WHO DOES BLUETRAX COLLECT INFORMATION FROM?

BLUETRAX may collect information that is used to improve the user experience and the overall quality of the services rendered.

IN WHAT LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES MAY BLUETRAX NEED TO SHARE MY INFORMATION?

We do not sell or share personally identifiable information with third parties except in the limited circumstances detailed below:

• In order to operate our service, we contract with third parties – for example a data center operator or an email service to send you notifications – that require access to your personally identifiable information. We contractually prohibit those parties from using the data for any other purpose other than to provide BlueTrax service.
• BlueTrax may disclose your information to a third party to comply with applicable laws or regulations, or a valid legal request - including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. If we are going to release your data, we will do our best to provide you with notice in advance by email, unless we are prohibited by law from doing so.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

BlueTrax may from time to time make changes to this Privacy Policy to account for changes to our practices or applicable law. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy that we believe will materially affect your rights, we will notify you by email about these changes and post a notice to our service. If you continue to use our service after you receive notice of changes to this Privacy Policy, you will accept these changes.

- any unintended disclosure, or consequences thereof of personal information not caused by us.
